View of the valley...

On this lovely hike near the winery, you could get some beautiful views of the valley in all it's sunny glory. Here is the Stevens Creek Reservoir and in the hazy background the mountains that we see everywhere we go. From this pic everything looks very green but this year the rainfall has been quite low. I just like hiking for the reason where you can do minimal elevation & get an incredible view of the valley. Imagine if we went harder, the views would be phenomenal - we just take it easy as we hike with Ashwin in a backpack!
